Fee Update for Northwest Journal of Medical Sciences (NJMS)

As approved in the 63rd Academic Council Meeting of Northwest School of Medicine held on 19th December 2024, the following updates to the NJMS fee structure are provided.

Publication Fee Details

For Local Authors (Pakistan):

    • Payment Instructions:
      • Upload the scanned fee slip to the "Discussion" tab on the OJS portal.
      • Send a hard copy of the fee slip to Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad, Finance Section, Northwest School of Medicine, Phase 5, Hayatabad, Peshawar, Pakistan within 3 working days.
      • Payments should be made via Online Transfer or Bank Deposit.
      • Ensure the fee slip clearly mentions the author's name, article title, and article number.
      • After payment:
  2. Publication Fee (Payable Upon Acceptance):
    • Each article: Rs. 12,000/-
    • Editorials: Exempt from submission and publication fees.

For International Authors:

To encourage international collaboration, processing and publication fees are waived for authors outside Pakistan.

Refund Policy

The publication fee is non-refundable if the author decides to withdraw the article after the acceptance letter has been issued
