Repository Policy

The Northwest Journal of Medical Sciences (NJMS) permits authors to submit all versions of their articles to any repository of their choice. The journal's policy outlines the open-access options available for each version of the article as follows:

Additionally, an incremental data backup of the entire server for the NJMS is performed weekly on a separate server from the one hosting the live journal. NJMS publishing has also ensured that the metadata of all its open-access journals is compliant with well-known repository services, allowing their digital crawlers to regularly collect it for record and preservation.
